I am a storyteller. I write to share my ideas. I write to inspire. I write to process, motivate, and give love. I write because not everyone loves writing, but everyone deserves to have a voice.

I am a yoga and meditation instructor. I find joy teaching others and helping them find a love for these practices. I want you to know that where you are right now is exactly where you are meant to be. It is never too early or too late too start and I will meet you right where you are, without judgment.
