Pelvic Stability

I've been having pretty debilitating pain for a couple weeks now and a lot of it seems attributable to the extra relaxin in my body causing some hyper-mobility in my pelvis (plus, my little guy is very partial to my right side for some reason).  I've been avoiding all one-sided exercises and any hip opening postures.   As someone who is very active, it's been quite frustrating at times, but I'm trying to be patient with my body and trust that it will heal and return to its normal self postpartum.  In this video, I demonstrate some of the pelvic stabilizing exercises that I've been doing to try and counteract the hyper-mobility.
