Yoga Stretches for Hip and Back Stiffness

In this video, I demonstrate a brief exercise focused on opening up the back, hips, and chest.  One of the areas that has tightened during my pregnancy is my lower back, however many of the poses that I normally do to release pressure in my back and hips are no longer possible (or safe for baby Henry). Feel free to try any of the stretches shown in this video anytime you need some opening, pregnant or not.
