Yoga for Inner Thighs

This morning I got an inner thigh request from one of my clients.  Because that is not a common request, it challenged my creativity, and I decided to share a couple of the exercises that we did with you.  While there are some exercises that target the inner thighs more directly, these yoga moves are certain to give you a good lower body workout.  My legs were already sore, but they definitely felt it after a few rounds.
